Inspiring – Your Tasks:

  • Global Business & Sales: Lead global Rail Component Sales and Key Account Management driving strong customer partnerships.
  • Service & Product Excellence: Develop and implement a DACH Region focused Service Business starting from demand creation to fulfillment.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and drive a robust Rail Components Business strategy
  • Innovative Product Management: Spearhead cutting-edge product offerings and portfolio management.
  • Global Brand Impact: Develop a digital Marketing and Communication Plan in collaboration with our Marketing/Communications Specialist and play a proactive role in Industry Associations
  • Segmented Sales Models: Continuous training and focusing Direct Sales Team and working in closely with Distribution Partners in selected countries
  • Profitability & Growth: Manage product portfolio, pricing strategies and supply contracts in order to drive profitable growth

Convincing – Your Profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years in international Rail Industry Business Leadership roles such as Manager of a Busi-ness Unit, General Management, Key Account Management and/or Product Management. Relationship to Rail Companies such Siemens, Alstom/Bombardier, Hitachi, Stadler, CAV and Talgo are a plus.
  • Strong customer focus is required.
  • Education: Degree in business/engineering (electronics, electrical, mechanical) or Industrial Engineering.
  • Distribution Collaboration: Segmented sales working directly with customers as well as international Sales Partners.
  • Strategic Leadership: Expertise in driving technical product businesses, setting priorities, and global alignment.
  • Focus Areas: Adept at organizing Go-to-Market, Service, Key Accounts, Product Management, and Peer collaboration.
  • Communication: Strong communicator, sets clear expectations, and fosters relationships.
  • Strategic Execution: Skilled in strategy development and team accountability.
  • Business Acumen: Analytical, organized, and results-oriented with high partner expectations.
  • Influence: Proficient in resource communication and external partnerships.
  • Industry Engagement: Willingness to lead Rail Industry Associations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interfaces with various departments and senior management.
  • Execution Mindset: Self-driven, analytical, "can-do-will-do" attitude.
  • International Focus: Global business exposure, strong commercial drive, technical understanding.
  • Language & Flexibility: Fluent in German/English, adaptable for global travel and workdays.
